Grizzly Creek Trail

Today Matt and I hiked a little ways up the Grizzly Creek trail in Glenwood Springs. The total hike is 12 miles round trip... we didn't do nearly that much! :) We only walked for about an hour, but it was a nice hike. Here are a few pictures we took along the way.


We named this black and white butterfly "Lucy".

We tried to see how far into the river we could walk without our shoes on. We didn't make it very far!! For starters, the tiny rocks didn't feel real great on our bare feet... and the main thing was that the water was freezing!!! So anyway, we tried to document our "adventure" but it turned out to be pretty boring when we couldn't make it very far. :)
