Matt and I got to go to a couple of Rangers games this past weekend. We went on Saturday night with Keith and Renee and watched the Rangers lose.... to the Mariners. Since the beginning of the season, I have had quite a grudge with Rangers pitcher, Scott Feldman. He improved for a short time during the season, and was actually quite good... but I refused to give in. I was so mad when I saw that he was pitching during the first game we were going to, but I tried to have a LITTLE bit of hope that he would play well. I was wrong. He blew it. So, even though it was fun being at the game, and with good company, we were disappointed to see them lose.
We went again on Sunday afternoon with my parents. There was a rain delay (thank goodness for upper deck cheap seats that were under the covering!) but the Rangers pulled out the win at the end of the day. Matt and I got back to Austin at about 1:00 in the morning because of the delay, but it was worth it to see the Rangers play!
